Your first-year builder warranty
Submit warranty requests through the Home Owner Portal. All warranty requests for homes purchased from Artisan Built Communities need to be made through the portal.
Your 10-year structural warranty (QBW)
Check your coverage with Quality Builders Warranty and view your 10-year structural warranty. Quality Builders Warranty Corporation is the nation's premier 10-year new home warranty program.
Your 10-year structural warranty (2-10 HBW)
Use the Home Owner Portal and view your 10-year structural warranty from 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty: 10 full years of structural defect coverage for load-bearing components and 2 full years of systems surety coverage against defects in wiring, piping and duct work in electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilating and mechanical systems. Coverage is subject to the terms of your warranty contract.
